	<title>Carb Free Cafe</title>
	<description>
Have you been to the Carb Free Cafe? Probably not. We're pretty new. But we're chock full of great information about carbs that you should consider before you start a low carb diet.

Here's What's on the Menu at the Carb Free Cafe
Not sure about starting a low carb diet? We at the Carb Free Cafe explain how low carb diets work, how many carbs you get during the first two weeks of most low carb diets (this is commonly referred to as the induction period) and how many carbs you need on any other kind of diet. Based on that, you should be able to tell if you can handle a low carb diet or not. If you still aren't sure, the Carb Free Cafe has a suggestion about how to figure it out.

Carbs have gotten a bad rap in the last several years. But generally, it's not the carbs you eat that are bad, but rather, the amount. At the end of the day, if you've taken in more calories of any kind than you've burned, you're going to gain weight. And speaking of burning, the Carb Free Cafe has a page explaining how a low carb diet works by burning fat as fuel instead of carbs. That's why exercising when you're on a low carb diet is so much more effective than it is otherwise. The problem with that is that most low carb diets aren't known for giving you loads of energy. We also tell you about carb counters and explain net carbs.

So as you can see, even though the Carb Free Cafe is new, it's grand opening certainly is grand! Be one of the first to enjoy it.
