What Are Good Carbs

Bread is yummy, that is for sure. Everyone knows that. It tastes so good that they even serve it to you in prison. Everyone also knows that bread is full of carbs. But here is something that you may not realize. You can have your sliced bread--and eat it too! It's really true, you absolutely can! But, you wonder, what are good carbs? How do I know which ones to eat and which ones to stay further away from than a killer bee on a sneering mission of revenge? Which ones are going to make me fat as a rat and which ones are going to help me stay skinny like Minnie? And who is Minnie anyway, and how did she manage to get herself so trim? There are other questions that must be answered, right along with "what are good carbs?"

Perhaps we can discover the hidden truths together.

After all, what are good carbs, if not a means for us to bond and find out more about one another? Together we shall work, striving constantly in order to see that our goals are reached and our competition left in the dust. But wait. Exactly who are our competition anyway? Are they close? Do they really pose a threat? Do they know what are good carbs, or is that the thing for which they seek the answer as well? So many mysteries, so little time! When will we git it right? When will we find out the answers to our millions of questions. When will we stop asking these endless questions? And what, we ask, what are good carbs?

Perhaps we already know. Perhaps the answer is actually buried within this very site. Or perhaps it's not even really buried. Perhaps it is actually much more simple than any of us had previously expected. Hmm...
