What are bad carbs? It's tough to say. Perhaps if we knew what are bad carbs we'd know what are good ones. Then again, maybe we already do.

What Are Bad Carbs

What are bad carbs ? Why are we here? Is there life after death? What is the meaning of life? How many licks does it take to get to the center of a Tootsie Roll Tootsie Pop? - Such are the great mysteries of life. We may never really know the answer to these great quandaries, but we can certainly do our best to guess. After all, as members of the human race we do tend to be inquisitive by nature. So tell me, do you happen to have an answer as to what are bad carbs ? Can you muster up anything that sounds at least half correct? It is not easy. Why don't you listen to the question one more time and then see if anything jumps to mind. One more time, now ...

"What are bad carbs?"

Do you know? Does anyone? What separates them from good ones? What did they do to get such a poor reputation? Did they rob a bank? Did they steal someone's lunch money? What in the world did they do to make everyone turn against them? Is it fair? Perhaps not. Perhaps we shouldn't be so quick to judge as far as what are bad carbs and what aren't. Perhaps we should give them a chance to explain things for themselves. I mean, you wouldn't want anyone to make pre-determined decisions about you without having even met you, would you? I think so. So come on now, give them a chance. Welcome them into your home as if they were your sister, your aunt Mabel, or even your long lost sister Gertrude. Treat them with respect, just as you would hope to be treated yourself. Perhaps then, and only then, will you find out the true meaning to the question, " what are bad carbs?"
