	<title>Low Carbs Diet</title>
	<description>
Think you can get thin without a low carbs diet?
What are you going to do instead? Eat less in general? Exercise? Oh come on. It's time to be realistic here. Without a low carbs diet you have no shot and becoming healthier. This is your one and only chance to make things right and we are here to make sure you don't blow it. Be a man. Or a woman. Whatever you are, be true to yourself. You can come through here as soon as you buckle down, refuse to look at your overweight appearance any longer and agree to the single fundamental principle...

Without a low carbs diet, and the chance it provides, you are nothing. Nothing! You hear me!?

It's simple but true. You have to reduce carbohydrates because they make you balloon like nothing else. If you are a little over the top in terms of your weight these days, here is what you do. Cut out carbs completely. Then your body will be so thrown off by the fact that you are denying it something it is so used to... it will go on and start devouring stored up fat cells that have been there for years. You are basically fooling your body. This is the genius of the low carbs diet. The best thing is that you do not have to limit portions or even get moderate exercise. Just eliminate any and all carbs. Those bastards. Soon you will be good to go!

Alright, well, that is not one hundred percent true. In truth, a low carbs diet is just one part of the puzzle. You need to get up off your ass and exercise once in a blue moon too. And some carbs are needed to be healthy. Just cut out the bad ones. K?
