	<title>Low Carbohydrate Diet Food</title>
	<description>
Many people on a low carb diet drop out due to boredom. They get tired of eating primarily meat, eggs and cheese. Sounds crazy, right? Try it for a week or two. Chances are you'll get sick of low carbohydrate diet food too. But it doesn't have to be that way.

Creativity is Key
There are a couple of reasons people go on low carb diets. One is they want to lose a lot of weight in a little time. They've seen their friends do it successfully, so why can't they? The other reason is that the menu sounds appealing--meats, eggs and cheese. Combine these things and you have a great breakfast casserole or quiche. Tasty! You can even have a romaine lettuce salad and a steak at a meal. Or sausage, bacon and eggs for breakfast. All of this is low carbohydrate diet food and it sounds like a dream come true, especially for a meat lover. But even meat lovers will get bored eventually. This is when you need to be creative. You should have a bunch of low carb recipes on hand to avoid the boredom.

Satisfying Your Sweet Tooth
Every once in a while, you're going to be craving something sweet. The problem is that desserts, sugary treats and sugary drinks are not low carbohydrate diet food. You can't even have most fruits on a low carb diet. So how do you get your sugar fix? Fortunately there are some good artificial sweeteners out there, and now food manufacturers are making some pretty good low carb versions of lots of different foods. There's even low carb ice cream and low carb chocolate! Still, a safer bet would be to stick to a protein shake or a low carb bar (not the meal replacement kind though--too many calories). Or, try Crystal Light.

Speaking of food manufacturers, many of them have come out with low carbohydrate diet food that rivals the full carb versions--and most of them are quite delicious. The South Beach Diet has teamed up with Kraft to come out with seasoned grilled chicken slices for salads (or just to eat as a snack). They also have their own line of frozen dinners (which leave a lot to be desired) and other such foods. The people at the Atkins diet have also developed a line of low carbohydrate diet food, including (gasp!) bread!!!! And they aren't the only ones to come out with low carb bread. Lots of breadmakers have low carb versions, and most of them are really good. It just all depends on how you want to use your allotted carb grams!
