	<title>Carbohydrate Counter</title>
	<description>
If you are a carbohydrate counter, you might as well quit right there
No one likes you. That's right, someone had to say it. Just because you are this hip carbohydrate counter who counts all the carbs he eats and talks to everyone non stop about it does not make you a healthy person. It makes you an annoying one, first off. Not to mention one who is all too transfixed by popular culture and ready to latch on to the latest trends, regardless of whether they have merit. Leave Merritt to the vodka manufacturers. You handle your own life. Understand?

While we may be confusing you greatly, it is important to understand that there is no such thing as a magic carbohydrate counter device, or a person that by counting their carbs can instantly become healthier and live longer.

It's just not gonna happen.
You need to diet well all around, not just count your carbs.
Do these diet geniuses mention that there are good carbs and bad ones? Or that carbohydrates provide your body with vital nutrients, not to mention energy, which you need to burn, if you are exercising, which you need to, if you are taking your diet half way seriously? Do they give you the whole rundown or just what they need to make money?
No, they tell you to be a cool carbohydrate counter guy. So that they can get rich.

It is just sickening how far lazy people will take an idea that might have some validity on a broad scale. Just because you are a carbohydrate counter does not mean you are doing right by your body. Just because you buy a carbohydrate counter thing at the store or online does not make you a hard core dieter. Eat in moderation. Work out. Be smart. That's the online advice!
