	<title>Low Carb Shake</title>
	<description>
By low carb shake, you are probably envisioning a milkshake that's low in carbohydrates
Well, you could be right. Or you could be way off base. You see, some staff members at the Carb Free Cafe take low carb shake to mean a dance move, of sorts. One that hot, young dieters like to showcase on the dance floor. Show us what you've got! You know that you have got the energy and the mad skills deep down... they are just itching to come out. Release them! Get your cute butt on the floor and give it a shake... a low carb shake !!!

We certainly think it's worth celebrating and partying. This is a dietary concept that will allow you to enjoy the sweetest, treasured snack foods and lose weight at the same time. Plus, dancing is a great way to burn calories -- making it yet another reason to be a believer in the shimmying, body-slapping low carb shake tonight at the club! By minimizing your carbs, you make your body attack stored fat cells and as a result, you can slim down really quickly. It's a great system for those of us looking to drop a few.

You clearly love your shakes, both dietary and otherwise. So why not make sure they are lower in carbohydrates, so as to minimize the impact of fat cells building up on your broke ass? Girl, you have got some junk in the trunk as it is. You have to know that after a while, bouncers won't be letting you in the door with that spare tire. All the more reason to start a low carb diet, so that you can still get in the club and do that low carb shake ... break it down for us, girl! Shake it and show us how you bump and grind!
