	<title>Carb Counting</title>
	<description>
Ready... set... get carb counting!
Every single carbohydrate you ingest into your body on a daily basis could be slowly latching itself onto your midsection and killing you. It is like a disease. They say you need a certain amount of carbs for energy to burn but we are not sure if we believe that. Okay that's a lie. Of course we believe that. But we also believe that if you keep carb counting and make sure you do not exceed a certain amount, then you will be a lot better off. Because everything should be kept to a minimum, and excess is your ticket to disaster. This is not what you want. Is it? No. So get busy carb counting, or get busy getting fat! BIG TIME!

A couple of carb counting rules to follow
Obvious as it seems, no cheating with carb counting!

That is really the golden rule of the process. If you are looking for specific parameters, that is going to depend largely upon the type of person you are, like how much you weigh and all of that, as well as your metabolic rate. For us to sit here and spew out how much you can handle and how much could kill you would be foolish because to tell you the truth we do not know. But it helps to get going with your carb counting and to watch what you eat, because too much of a good thing is usually bad. Carbs taste good. We know it all too well. But you have to watch out for your future and gobbling down too many is just going to make you obese, which chances are you do not really want to be. Be good to your body. Start the counting of carbs today.

Oh, and no cheating with carb counting. You only hurt yourself.
