	<title>Carb Counter</title>
	<description>
Thanks to the fact that you are a carb counter, you will never be fat again
Or so you tell yourself. But come on. As if there is any way you can really say that. Just because you have a little gizmo that you paid way too much money for, or carry that pad and paper around with you to track your carb intake, you think that is going to make you a healthier person over the long run? Come on man. Don't settle for being a carb counter when you could be something much better and more complete. This is the time in your life when you should sign up for a comprehensive diet plan... one in which carb counter nonsense is but one component. You need to regulate your carbs, yes, but you also need to...

Get up off your seat and work out.
Which, in turn, means that you need some carbohydrates in order to give yourself the energy to burn. Therefore, it becomes a matter of WHAT carbs to eat, rather than just a set amount. You can do things to better this effort such as consuming a diet rich in fruits and vegetables, whole grains and brown rice. Organic pasta. That sort of thing. You will then have the carbs you need to stay active and healthy, without overdoing it like your normal self would have.
That is the bottom line here!

If you want to be a carb counter or invest a lot of money in some gimmick then go ahead. We are not about to stop you from doing that. But you know, it is all about the big picture. If you keep your high-carb, bad-carb, empty-calorie foods down, then you will be finding yourself in a better dietary place. You do not need a fancy carb counter to do it to it, just a little willpower.
